Working with the legendary Maciej Kuciara and Shibuya film, I was tasked to come on board and show some 90s anime love to some SICK screens for a mech fight. Trying my best to pay homage to Neon Genesis Evangelion and Akira - I dove into the world of anime UI. It’s a complex world. Breaks some rules of the current day stuff, and honestly is way more fun to look at….
